The Council’s Officers are elected in the May meeting each year, with the exception of the the three appointed officer positions. The Council Chaplain is appointed by the Archbishop of Miami (at the suggestion of the GK). The Financial Secretary is appointed by Supreme (at the suggestion of the GK and Trustees). The Lecturer is appointed by the GK.
